i thought i might want to add some proof 70 for reference. every time i see them they are just to $$$ for an impulse buy. these were not, sub 50 each. the slabs are beat making it hard to see what's what. i will say i can see no flaws anywhere on each coin under very close scope inspection to 10x. but they seem underwhelming to me. i believe that they are later strikes. again so much crap on the slabs are in poor shape and a lot of reflections. am wondering if any would cross over at another 3pg. i might add i now do not like igc slabs. Nice looking coins. They would cross over - but not sure at what grades. The slabs are nice. But I have yet to see how hard they are to crack open.:) As a matter of fact I just sent one ICG coin to Great Collections for auction. I think the coin was graded pretty correct and it was a really cool variety.

If you mean cross as 70s, then no. Absolutely not.

A couple of years ago, I submitted an unattributed 1964 d washington type C that had been graded by ICG to NGC. ICG had graded it ms67. Ngc graded it a 63. With that coin, it was obvious that it was not a 67.

I have never had any modern coins graded by ICG. I did have a group of more classic coins I sent in for conservation. They came back in ICG slabs. I crossed many of them at PCGS at the same grades. I believe ICG has different standards on the modern stuff.
