The hunt for a coin that comes back as a 70 is really tough. I can't tell the difference between a 69 or a 70.

Even on the 5-ouncers where blemishes and imperfections are magnfified, I don't know if I've ever seen anything lower than a 68. Today's production methods have such low tolerances for variance, etc.

A 65 AND a 63 ? You wonder if they had equipment problems.

At least you got DCAM on all of them.

Can you SEE the reasons for the non-69/70 grades ? Is it clear on the 63 and/or 65 ?

If you ever sell, the novelty of the low grades could be an attraction if priced right. I have actually bought a few PF-68's for 5 and 1 ounce coins. And I can't see what caused the 2-grade demerit.:wideyed:

I figured the lowball collectors for issues like these will be pocket-carrying or tumbling them for a couple of years before submitting...
