Those are really nice! This is the only Split Planchet error that I own but it’s a great one and I have both pieces. Have safe and a great trip to Puerto Rico.
The date range can be narrowed down to 1900-1905 due to the reverse type. Mintage-wise it's most likely 1900-S, with about 5 million coined with that reverse. The mint mark is unusually low and right, with a slight clockwise rotation, so you might locate a possible match with a lot of sleuthing.
