Change from a vending machine today: 2026-D Mayflower Compact quarter. First quarter from this year I found in circulation; the first one I held in my hand I didn't have to buy from someone! Shouldn't have taken this long, but I'm not complaining... much lol.

The $20 is just a $20, keep it if you like.

The "broadstruck" is damage.

The buffalo reverse is a scratch

 

1976-D bicentennial quarter, and a 1969 Canadian cent today.

 

I saw that I got an older series $100 the other day but forgot to take a look at which it was. Finding readers are essential for reading the fine print. But like your bill, the lack of additional color and/or counterfeit deterrents help with detection.

I picked up an old 1934 series $20 in the late 70’s and still have it to this day (paper route pickup). It was old then but even older now. ;-) Worth $21 but I have the memory which is more important.

 

I also had an older series $100 last week. I spent it. Who knows...could've been the same bill.

 

My latest finds from the grocery store Coinstar: 5 ebay error worthy zinc cents, Foreign from a group I didn't have, a road rashed to death quarter and a silver dime.

I got a 1947 nickel in change last week. In decent shape, too.

 

I caught my first 2026 dime in change last week. And a 1959 D nickel.

 

Finally got a 2026 dime.
It looks kinda rough and is slightly misaligned

 

Found a 2017 Cayman Islands 25 cents today.

 

Find from the register today:
2 2026-D Emerging Liberty dimes, and a nice 1968-S nickel I strongly suspect (like, 95% sure) is a proof, with nice goldish toning on the obverse.

Found a 2000-S proof South Carolina quarter today! Been quite some time since I found a proof quarter in the wild. Also found 2x 2026-D dimes... don't really need these anymore, but hard to get out of the habit of looking for them lol.
