I have allot of 1957,s A and B series and stars to show in the mix, they just made way to many of them to have any big time value unfortunately
Yeah, I have a few hundred in FV of SCs, USNs, and some sequential FRNs....but even though SOME of them have prices in the catalog for more than FV, I don't know if those are legit as per the 34th Standard Catalog vs. the 27th.
The late silver certificates are more fun to collect. I don't really care about their value. I just find them interesting. They were printed in pretty high numbers likely right up to the 1963 series. And since they were going away, people may have also hoarded them. I don't have many, just a few. I don't plan on obtaining very many of them.

OK....so here's the question....when I have showed these bills to dealers for sale or a quickie appraisal....they tell me no interest, they're all FV.....I'm sure some of these bills aren't Gem or Choice CU and are probably lower....but some of them are definitely AT LEAST XF or 63......if the 34th Standard Catalog is in the ballpark price-wise....shouldn't they be at least $3-$5 ? Or is the 34th Standard Catalog of U.S. Paper Money (2015 printing, one of the latest before discontinuance) off on pricing ? Thoughts ?
