Hello everyone, Welcome to my 46,000th post celebration thread! Today I want to share this letter I received from the Quarter Master back in early June. I had put it in my bookbag and totally forgot about it until recently. It's a correspondence about celebrating the 250th anniversary of our great US of A! It included a Bicentennial Quarter with a Counterstamp. A $2.00 Bill and a neat letter.
OMG, I put mine in my coin cabinet when I got it as everything was pretty crazy around here with the stepsons death and all. I'll have to dig it out this weekend. Thank you for the reminder! Congrats on the post milestone, Edwin, and keep them coming! I thoroughly enjoy all of your posts. I think I've said it before, I've never been to NYC so I'm living vicariously through you in that aspect with all the things you share about the city.
