Roll-searchers, post your results!

3 rolls in 120 D's as expected. I set aside some possible album coins.
The problem is the Loomis coin rolling machine scratches these up. So while they have OML, it's hard to find some with no or few nicks on them.
Sometimes I will find one side that is MS and the other side is too scratched. Ahaha. Well I will take the best one for the book and move on with my life.

Good luck on the next 2 rolls!

The wife came back from the grocery store yesterday with a couple rolls of each domination. I made a print-out of the 2026 quarter designs for her as she has a good relationship with the manager, and sometimes can look through what rolls she has, and she picked up 2 of the Jefferson rolls. All 4 enders were obverse, all Ds, and I will be waiting until around the end of the year before searching all the rolls I have been accumulating. Better to have hope that one of the privies is hidden in one of these rolls than to open them up and be disappointed, at least for a while.

 

Finally got some 1776-2026 quarters. All Mayflower Compact Philadelphia. Checked for clips or cuds & back into circulation

 

OK 199 D's as expected. The 2nd to last coin was The Revolutionary War quarter which was released between the Mayflower and the July 4th quarters. It's only the 2nd one I have ever seen, so it may upgrade my book. I am not disappointed as I didn't expect to find a privy quarter,
and it's like playing the lottery. It was very exciting just to have 5 rolls to search, I pulled out about 17 to reexamine and 1 will go in the book. Even though the obv and rev have diff designs I am only keeping one. Likewise with the Mayflower and Rev War designs.

 

Quarter box #2:
Um well, this was an interesting box. No sliver, but my average silver finds per box is still 8!

So what was in it: 1994-D, 2004-D Iowa, 2018-D Cumberland Island/GA and...

2026-D Declaration of Independence x1997!

Sadly no July 4 ones. But saved a roll of these, and saved one for my dad.

Can't be too mad I guess lol, this was entertaining, and I did get to do privy mark hunting, even if I didn't find one.

 

Changed my mind, keeping both obverse and reverse of the new designs.

I picked up 3 rolls today. Circulated would be good. Privy quarters would be good. So I get 3 rolls of (Revolutionary War?). But I have only seen 2 of them in circulation, I guess I can update my book, otherwise these are spenders.

Love the reverse on those. The obverse is so obviously just the same Washington portrait as was on the 2007 presidential dollar lol. If I found some, I'd probably save a roll's worth and just spend the rest. I haven't yet seen any in circulation (even though, oddly, I've seen the one before it, and the one after it, already.)

 

Oh nice eye on the Washington obverse, (duh.) Plus it looks to be the same size so is it the exact same leftover dies? I am OK with that, it's economical to use up that surplus of dies.
