What is this? and Is it worth any thing?

I was recently going through a change jar and found this coin that I have no idea what it is. All i know is that it not US and was stamped in 1919. Any help would be appreciated.

It's a 1919 George V British Penny. They are fairly common, as many were produced. One can usually buy several of them for $1.00.
