Please Grade This 1828 Large Date Dime

In spite of the rim nick and the rim tap, a coin I really like...definitely details in the jargon.

The large date is actually quite scarce, at least it was for me to find one when I was looking for one.

Or is it too minor?

 

I think it's probably fine since this is a circulated coin. In my opinion if the same mark was on an MS or AU coin it would not straight grade.
