1970 Lincoln cent missing jaw Lamination

    What makes you say that? It doesn't have any tool marks that I immediately see. He also had a silver roosie with a strange, peeling type of finish. All should be completed grading at this point.

    Circulation wear before peel. It didn’t circulate in that condition

    I've got an idea for some of my copper LMC's now. I'm going to see if I can mimic that lol! It'll be on just cull common coins, so no worries about that part. I'm just curious now, and I've got a plethora of fine tools (power and manual) so it's going to be experiment time soon.:happy:

    I also just noticed this little spot, too. It's been a few months since I saw this so I don't know exactly what it is, but it kind of looks like another lamination issue

    Cool lamination @No_Ragrets I don't see any damage. I think what heavy is saying is that it may have been fooled with. Hence the curling of the laminated piece.
