It looks like ICG is moving to Clearwater, FL. Does anyone know what the current status of this move is? I'm waiting on a submission as many others are.

I saw @Insider post about it. And if I remember correctly he said that they had been in the new building for a while and we just now making the permanent address change. He said they also added more graders. I too have a submission in with them right now.

Ok, thanks. I'm sure they're deluged with customers contacting them wondering what's going on as their move is probably taking longer than anticipated to Clearwater. Hopefully they are far away from the scientologists.

I waited until after the FUN show and sent my latest submission to the new location; shows received yesterday.

Did the order get logged in already? Most people have been waiting weeks for them to enter orders into their system!!!

Yeah, that's where I am at. I saved the tracking number until USPS said it was delivered. Then I threw it out.

I get the shipping label from paypal which offers a discount on shipping through stamps.com. ICG keeps telling me that the orders are getting entered. With all their employees now you'd think they'd be working hard to get the backlog addressed.

In terms of the most efficient coin certification companies, I've found cacg the best; same day log-in, grading within 10 day and shipping back to you with professional images for $35 a coin. More strict, but none of the aggravation you get with ICG, NGC or Anacs which are backlogged. PCGS is faster with log-ins but the same extended periods of time for grading, etc..
