I had this weirdest dream last night. I was mad because my neighbor was shooting off his rifle next door towards the woods. Problem? Yes, it was because I live in a residential neighborhood. Anyways, I was in my house and there were all these people I didn't know. Mostly kids which I presume were my cousins. I didn't recognize them anyways. Here's the strange part. I noticed a bunch of quarters on the kitchen table. I told all the kids to be on the lookout for the NEW Quarters with the privy mark. One of the girls said, "I have one!" It was in fact the coin to look for!! Then I woke up. What do you all think this means and have you ever had dreams with coins in them? Feel to comment, nicely. Yes. I dream about metal detecting and that I find a huge cache of silver coins! Recently I dreamt about finding about 100 or more silver coins in a Coinstar reject tray. They just kept popping out, Dimes and quarters! My wife noticed that I was twitching but had a huge smile on my face. She asked if I was dreaming about another woman. My response.. "No way love. It was something much better!"
I had a dream in the late 80's. I guess around 1987 or 88. I dreamed the Terminator was bouncing me off the walls of my apartment. I lived in an efficiency at the time so I was feeling the full impact of each slam. Then he held out his hand with what looked like silver dollars in it and said: "Morgans anyone?" I still have no idea what it was about accept maybe a futuristic dream about the Morgan market which had a serious crash in the early 90's. People that were heavily into Morgan's probably would think they were being bounced off the walls. Why my dreams bothered telling me this, I don't know. I was never a Morgan collector. Never had any strong feelings about them one way or the other. I think the kids in your dream are both you and the privy quarters. In dreams kids can represent things that are new or different. And kids are impatient. Your dream my be saying your too impatient trying to find a privy quarter?
I have dreams about coins all the time. Nothing odd about that as I enjoy them all the time. Sal, I would have to say that for a dream like that you took too much pain medication for that knee of yours. Hope things are getting better.
I often will be in an obscure dream, then see some small change on the ground. As I begin to pick it up there are more and more, but of odd designs and even shapes. I have had this type of dream for several decades, and these days I will usually know that I am dreaming once the strange designs are clear, and I wake up.
