I hate to say it, but with as high of a grade that it is, the two scratches on the cheek might get it a details grade. AU-55 otherwise.
I don‘t think that those scratches cause a details grade. But style Penalty is certain by 1 grade in the shelton scale.
I'm going 55. Much of what looks like wear to the 50-53 range on the obverse is due to a weak and slightly off-center strike. The little scratches are minor and the TPGs would not normally call a coin this old problematic for such minor blemishes. The eagle's talons are particularly weakly struck. According to the Bust Dime Variety Identification Guide by Zach, et. al., many 1814s come weakly or unevenly struck.
