    That black line is placed there by the BEP when the note is printed. It’s a guideline for cutting.
    Nice note but seems nicer than a 35. What am I missing?

    If you click on the pic it enlarges. You can then see a center fold. On the reverse it's more noticeable on the Monticello building.
