I think some of the New Orleans stuff was known for not getting great strikes? So this could grade higher than it looks on the surface if other examples commonly show poor strikes. On the surface I am seeing 45 but if what I said earlier is correct it could go up one level.
Meat's worth an XF grade, but I think this coin suffered staining from poor storage and someone expertly subdued the contrast between the dark staining and lighter surroundings . . . hate to say it, but XF Details.
