NOTE:
Fugger were a rich merchant Family in the Holy Roman Empire, Jakob Fugger was famous for lending $$$ to finance wars, expenses for Emperors Friedrich III and his son Maximilian I. Here the Emperors had to go cap in hand begging Fugger for goldgulden.
As a reward, Karl V HRE bestowed a fiefdom to Fugger Family, and named it Fugger. Thus on the coins, the Graf was immortalized, along with his overlord the HRE.
