The reverse is particularly striking with the owl perched between the Dioscuri caps, a combination that seems quite rare for this Katane type. The overall strike is sharp, and the patina adds depth to the high points, enhancing the contrast of the relief. FROM WILDWINDS online

    Obv. river-god Amenanos laying, holding rhyton and resting on amphora
    Rev. monogram Sigma-o between the pilei (surmounted by stars) of the Dioscuroi,
