Now that I'm settled back in at home and have time figured I'd share some photos I took at the museum. The only negative was the parking. They have 26 parking spots and several are reserved. Heard more than one person complain about it. Maybe it's enough on a regular basis. I was lucky to catch someone leaving to get a spot.

    Lets get right into it.

They actually have a great website for a virtual tour with high res images but figured some may like to check out some pics in this thread. More cool stuff to come.

When I got done here I drove over to Hallenbeck coin shop a couple blocks away and looked around. Ended up finding a nice Drachm that's been on my list for a while. Took this one home:

After you visit you realize how crappy your own collection is.

Yup. Nice restrooms. I'm a member so I got in for free. Had to pay for my wife and kids. Was on vacation for 10 days and this was one of the stops. The kids enjoyed playing in a teepee in the basement while I was snapping pics with my iphone. There are many displays in the basment including most of the currency displays and some of the older stuff.

It's in the middle of a neighborhood. Unless you're a collector you wouldn't even really know what the building was. Hidden in plain sight.
