Looks like a soap box holder. Thinking it is in one of the short lived 5 1/2 steps slabs. Second look the fourth step under the second pillar is a little weak. MS64
The winner is @Anthony Mazza. I think my pictures are a bit lacking which probably is the reason for a lot of the low MS and AU guesses. Me steps close ups aren't the best either. They're very, very close to being complete and it might end up in a Full Steps holder some day.
