Is this a DDO?

Found this 1966 P quarter in my stash and noticed it looks like a DDO but PCGS doesn't list one for this year. What does it look like to everyone? Thanks

It looks like machine/mechanical doubling caused by a loose holder and there is no added value. It's one of the "worthless doubling" type.

 

Flat and shelflike does not make it a Doubled Die variety.
Worthless doubling is correct.
