I'm not Phil Ham, but I think CURRENT and INTRINSIC are the current market value and current melt value, respectively.

The silver proof sets still on sale from the mint (2019, 2021, 2023 and 2024) are all priced at $150, so it's safe to assume the 2025 set will be at least that much. (2023 and 2024 were originally priced at $130)

Just a quick update on the 1999 set. I decided I’d like to add the complete 99 set with the quarters and the normal Lincoln, dime, nickel and half to my collection.
I was watching an auction for the complete set with box and paperwork that was bid up to $50. The buy it now offerings were around $68 so I tried sniping it at the last second and bid $69 thinking I’d get it for $51 and I got outbid by someone else’s higher bid of $70.
So I found another set exactly the same with the same stuff with make an offer option. Offered $59 plus 4.95 shipping and the offer was accepted. So I got my set for $63 shipped which it has a melt value of just over $40 right now.
I really almost paid $300 for this set back in the day. It is the lowest mintage set at 800k+ but there are plenty available. It makes me think these “coveted”, “low mintage” Jefferson nickels at 32 million, while lower, still aren’t really that low of a mintage to cause them to ever be a rarity. Unless nobody saves them.

I just received the 2026 Silver Proof Set from the mint with an elevated price of $245. As it only has $106.62 of silver in the set, it is quite the markup. They did place the 2026-S proof cent in the set. It would have been nice if it returned to the copper formulation, but it is still a Zincoln. I like the bicentennial theme of the coins, but it is a lot overpriced in my opinion. I'm sure that it will eventually drop in value. Here are some pictures:

With the release of the 2026 semiquincentennial silver proof set, it's time for another update. The significant increase in silver price over the past year has pushed silver proof set prices much higher. Furthermore, the lower mintages of the sold out 2024 and 2025 sets have led to increased collector interest in these sets and pushed prices higher. The 2025 set has an especially low mintage. The 2026 set has already exceeded the mintage of the 2022-2025 sets in its first week of sales. I'm expecting this set to have a short-lived elevated price. Eventually, it will most likely fall in value like the 1999 silver proof set or the 1976 bicentennial sets. The mint is still selling the 2021, 2023, and 2026 sets. A table and chart for your viewing pleasure:
