It's called, "Wishy Washy Washington Wednesday!". Wishy Washy meaning, feeble or insipid in quality or character. Coins only please.
Here's one I got in change. Nothing special. Just a 1961D Silver Quarter.

These were stacked over each other under dirt. You can see how each quarter protected part of the other enough to keep it from being affected by environmental exposure toning. The top one was fully affected..

 

One of my worst submissions to NGC. I was looking for a higher grade but they thought differently

 

all three are wishy washy fakes.

I do wonder how wishy washy this is.

 

Looks like a Maytag machine did that.

But how would a maytag not effect the green ink of the seal and serial #,
or the black ink of the FR seal and the 1's for the third printing?
