Does anyone see a mint mark on this Buffalo Nickel?

I can imagine an S just left of where it would go, but it is just pareidolia, combination of a couple of discolorations.

Sorry, but I don't see it either, and I think it is in good enough condition that a mintmark would be fairly plain.

No. Even on the Buffs an MM is usually not difficult to see.
