Near Mint 1959 Jefferson

    I don't know how to call this near mint. If I saw it in a show or dealer shop I would grade it very high.

    If it's not plated as stated above,
    in 1959, Philly made the proofs. So it could be a proof.

    Still think it's a proof coin. Since you are unlikely to find a 1959 business
    strike in circulation after 67 years that will look like that.
