I’m not a fan of SEGS as I think they are all over the board. Therefore, I revert to a statement that I learned at a very young age and I still use it, as do many on CT.

BUY THE COIN, NOT THE HOLDER OR THE GRADER.

The photo does not have me confident enough to bid on it as a true DMPL. It also appears there is some haze (although it could be the photo). The mirrors might be there but again it's hard to tell and I would personally not risk it (unless it went for a low price-closer to generic MS 63 levels than 63 pl or 63 dmpl levels).

That is exactly how I am bidding the piece too.

The photo you posted is very lacking in quality. It's really hard to tell, it would not expand when clicking on it, and no reverse photo either. Go with your instincts, you know coins and grades very well. I would bid well under PCGS coin guide pricing for that date and grade based on the image you posted. It might look better on the site you downloaded it from, but I'm not seeing it, being perfectly honest. (and no, I would NEVER try buying a coin another CT member was bidding on, if I knew that was going on. My comment earlier was just a joke, and i have no idea what site you are bidding on). I already have 3 MS64 1904P PCGS coins in my collection and do not need another one, but I'd trade 2 of them for the one I sent you a link for.:D
