    If I had a nickel for every time I got a note that was within 10 of being a radar, I'd have a whole lot of nickels by now.

    Well the Web note makes it good. This post is for also rans.
    I had web notes in the 80's but I didn't know what they were. I saw the plate number was not in the correct place and I spent them.
    Also in the 80's, I had a NUMBER of HEAVY off set ink transfers (singles at the OTB) and I spent them.

    That’s called a true binary. ;)

    The word binary is described as a set of two. That holds true for money collectors but zeros and ones are called true binary on notes.
