When asking others to grade any coin you need to take it out of the 2x2 unfortunately .. the glare of light on the clear film changes the appearance of a coin.
Your coin looks like it is a well struck specimen. It looks to be in uncirculated condition. I noted a small cabon spot on the left obverse. It should be worth approx 5-15¢. IMO.
