Who designed the 1994 Barbadian dollar coin?

    I've been researching this coin up for a friend and haven't been able to find the designer for this coin. Need some leads or a straight up answer. Thanks everyone!,

    I believe Robert Elderton,engraver at the Royal Mint was responsible for the reverse. But there are people on CT with more knowledge of world coins and in particular, those of the British Commonwealth Nations who know more and will correct me if I am wrong..
