    Mary, your question should be "what is this?" Or something like that. Not what's it worth at first. I see what is called a "die chip" on the mm. Not sure about the date. Need better Pictures. Not from the scope either. Thanks. :)

    To me they all look like die chips. Not sure it adds anything to the value.

    Not exactly doubled, but there are die chips on the 9 and first 5, which may bring a bit of a premium (possibly worth $0.50 to $1) if sold to a collector.

    There is a known DDO variety for the 1955-S but it is very minor.
