I liked this one and figured it would be interesting to guess the grade.
    Let's see what everyone thinks.

Nice! Very nice. I'll take a gander at MS66.

I like the textile look to the toning. I am on the fence with the toning. Quarters have been known to go wild colors. There are a few superficial scratches/marks that I think got the pass.
67+, I think that it is market acceptable.

That looks like a proof; I'll say PR67. If it's a regular strike, probably MS66.

Nice coin with some great toning. Is that some sort of mint damage/error on the reverse at 6 o'clock, or is it an optical/photographic illusion? Looks like there's some deformity there.

I thought that also at first but I think it's just more unusual toning.

Could be a slightly tapered planchet. I agree the only other thing I can think of is a dip, the area in question is definitely at terminal stage, a quick dip could have removed a bunch of heavily tarnished surface.

I think it's technically a 65, but gets 66 because of the color.

I will confirm that it is not a proof.

In hand, I don't see any damage or error on the reverse-just toning.

Edit: that is also where the prong is but I am certain the photo was taken before it was placed in the holder. So what potentially looks like a small piece missing in that area is likely a photo issue (or bad cropping).
