    I'm not sure how enthusiastic I'll be for the tricentennial if I'm still around lol, so kind of have to get some of this year's stuff.

    Well, if they aren't circulating as much as previous issues, they probably also aren't sustaining as much wear as previous issues. So there's still hope.

    I'm remembering that line from Neuromancer, from the Dixie Flatline construct (a hacker who'd had his mind copied into a storage module, so the protagonist could still consult with him even after his death).

    My favoriite Gibson book. Loved the Sprawl Trilogy.
