Happy you're posting tokens lately, I have the starch token on the bottom some where but that's it. Here's one that was delivered to me yesterday and an Indian token I've had forever and lastly a Libertas Americana from 1876. :D See the black carbon spots on the date of the Libertas token? Lesson learned, they are a beach to remove, so I won't be buying anymore, that's for sure! lol.gif

I really like the S. D Child’s advertising token. I have a lot tokens and coins to post, just not enough time to do so. I’ll try to get more posted on a daily basis.

Childs was one of the most prolific, Chicago based Civil War token makers. Here is a CWT which they issued to advertise their business.

Childs also made this token for the 1860 Abraham Lincoln campaign. "The rail splitter" was one of Lincoln's campaign themes.

Nice rare Lincoln there, here's my only Lincoln definitely not too rare at all but my Mayan Plumed Serpent is pretty scarce and the bottom Pancho Villa pursuit token is htf as well. thumbsup.gif
