And thank you @Victor_Clark for so generously sharing accurate and helpful information online! I have benefitted from your excellent website since at least 2011. :-D
WOW and WOW again. You've been busy, but no wasted effort! Thank you, again. I haven't been on here that long, but I've always been amazed by @Victor_Clark and have learned so much from his posts. CoinTalk is truly better having him as a member with such a wealth of knowledge. Sometimes he reminds me of you, @philologus_1. I've been blessed by both of you!
whow that's a collection. Specialized in LRB... Congratulations. Looks serious ! Not like mine which is more impressionnist, including all kinds of Ancient coinages in bronze, silver (and just two solidi to create two golden spots on the trays), covering more than a millenium, from the 5th c. BCE to the Byzantine period.
Thank you for the kind comments. It's been over 30 years, with several realignments, but I think that I might be getting a handle on my interests.
Here is inside one of my Carthage trays. These are Lighthouse 20 compartment trays (42x42mm). Most of the Carthage coins are fairly large at 25mm + and there is plenty of room. I make my own tags; but any old tags are also kept in the tray. and because of ABC (always be collecting) I just added a new Diocletian tray as I got 5 more of his coins yesterday.
