Really sharp looking coin. Not sure on grade, however.

 

I like it, just not sure what's going on at 11 o with the rim.

I'm in agreement with Buffalo Hunter, an MS63/64 (those scuffs on the bear will ultimately determine the grade). Beautiful example!

 

I'm not very good at grading these, but I think it's MS-64. Nice coin.

I will say MS 63 ...these aren't commonly seen circulated and I am not seeing obvious wear from the photos.
