    Ancient Aliens theorists say No. Even if it is rarer than a NO L on ribbon, it's hard to tell if the bust is pointed :jawdrop: or not and w/o a clear L, it's iffy. JMO. ;)

    I dunno. Even if it IS the 1864-L, it's low grade, scratched, and damaged.

    BUT... it was less than twenty bucks, so that's something.
