    MS 63 Closed 3 …the photo does make the coin look “sharp” enough to be a proof (but I don’t have much experience with these so that could be wrong :p).

    Closed 3 and MS. For a proof I would expect a little more reflective surfaces and also would expect the eye socket and the base of first feather to be more polished into the field. And yes I read Rick Snows book and looked at examples on proofs and some MS coins. I think 64, but really don't have a good feel for the luster it might still have. I do like the coin.
