Heraldic Art silver medals produced by Robert McNamara set

Hi all. Been a while. Life and could not sign in. A friend’s dad has these beautiful medals that were in his 1920s Herring Hall Marvin safe from his dad, over 54 years ago. Only word to describe them. Beautiful. Enjoy!

Neat medals. I imagine they are white metal.
Is that part of the design. It looks like hefty cracks coming from the bird.

 

It’s part of the design. This one is an extra one outside of the set. The full set is behind the plexiglass. Pretty!

 

I have a buddy that collected this set. I believe they are all silver. Graded ones bring silly money. They are cool medals.

I thought of you when I saw the railroad or trains. It’s behind plexiglass so not a great photo.

 

Here is one that is also a McNamara piece. It is quite rare due to being a personaly
made for a numismatic club with a very low mintage compaired to other pieces.



Some of the information about these pieces can be hard to locate.
I read somewhere that there is at least 61 pieces in the complete collection,
all done in sterling silver.
