1946 S reverse weirdness

    IMG_0282.JPG IMG_0271.JPG IMG_0274.JPG too me on the reverse of this 1946 s mint, there seems to be a figure 8, or could be a big "U" that is lifted. I assume this is blistering plating issue? Or is this struck on something?? Just never seen something like it.
