2015 Lincoln Shield Penny,Clad layer Missing?

Hi, I'm really not sure what to categorize this penny as if any, Possible partial clad layer missing, wrong coin, Garbage, really cool. If you notice you can see eye's where the silver is showing. I have searched for another penny like it or similar to it on the internet but haven't come across any, and I'm not that savvy with coins. I'm probably sure someone is going to tell me its a nothing coin but just the same I'm still curious Appreciate the help on this one Thanks

Damaged. That is not silver that is showing.. it is the Zinc that is coated with Copper.
Your Cent is a Copper plated Zinc Cent and it is a Non Mint Error

 

Abraded through the copper plating to expose the zinc core.
