    Definitely NOT a double die.
    On the date it is strike doubling, on the Liberty it looks more like die chatter.

    Look at the date: the flatness to the right (the second image) is a sure sign of strike doubling.
    If it was a Doubled die the second image would be the same height as the original image.
    I am not sure what that is on the Liberty, the B is strike doubling, the second I (the one to the left) looks strange, but if it was a doubled die, it would show on the other letters to some degree, and there is nothing there.

    I agree with the consensus.....definitely strike doubling.

    In the world of collecting it is worth 1 cent.
    On eBay? Billions and billions.

    I can see it now:

    Rare, Doubled Die obverse.
    Unique only one known.
    Opening bid: $1,000,000

    Shipping & Handling: $2,500 (I don't work cheap.)
