Not what i was actualy shopping for, but price (80% list) and the coin itself made me decide to fill another hole in my full morgan set.
I'll guess MS61, and it could be PL. Without a reflective test, the latter is hard to tell. The obverse is as baggy as Willie Nelson's face , but it's still a VERY nice coin and in PL an awesome get. I'll bet it wasn't very cheap.
besides needing that particular morgan, the price being right on a beautiful coin (sellers pics were absolute crap which is why i won it so cheap lol) but notice there on the date coming off the bottom of the 7.. is that a lil curl/curve.. like of a 6 maybe??? Probably not but would make this 10 times the score it already is lol..... Side note: an 87/6 is the coin I was shopping for when this one came up in that search....
as i said... I'm probably wrong but for the price I paid for a coin I needed, well worth the "risk" (though little of that as I paid only 80% NGC list for the coin as graded) This is a pic from NGC of the 87/6 o's date..... see the "tail" on the 7... looks very similar... and would be so so sweet
When you get it, take a scope photo and post. Can't tell from sellers photo. Waiting for the grade reveal.
Not OGH but yes pcgs, older solid sky blue label they they used for years after the ogh but has the early holo label on reverse
