However, his ask of $300 for everything is ridiculous and he found my $90 initial offer ridiculous (ok, likely fair enough). At the end the retail value is a little more than melt. Any thoughts?
It was 300 total. He thought I was ridiculous offering 90 and mentioned I did not understand coin values. I was looking at this pretty much a bit over melt. There are many trying to ripoff people on Facebook marketplace. Some dude posted a Bradford exchange cased “brilliantly uncirculated” 1976 Eisenhower dollar for $300. I offered $2.
