    Well that's a loaded question. If I were keeping it for myself or selling it I'd pay/sell around 20-30% over bid. If I wanted to flip it I'd pay bid +/-

    Ok, I'll guess PCGS MS63 because they didn't like the divot in the cheek. But to me it's a 64 with great color.

    Yeah...
    And you know I really can't imagine Frank in Horizontal stripes.... maybe they do that so you can see him between the bars . As vertical ones he just blend in.....ya know?

    Those adhere to the color progression. They are not always clearly ordered in a target or crescent style. Toning can be somewhat random, but it adheres to the laws of physics. If you trace the colors to this diagram, you will notice that the colors that touch are always next to each other (or one off) on this table:

    We cut up the car and took it to the scrap yard, noone 'round here can afford a fancy worshin machine. We use a board and a metal tub, to worsh clothes, as long as granny hawkins aint borry-n-it that day.

    Oh and im drawin an un-employment check, which is hillbilly heaven in my neck of the woods

    Superdave knows that grading full-coverage toners from single image pairs is rather like throwing apples at a bear. Maybe he'll eat the apple, maybe he'll eat you.
