    Hello everyone,

I wasn't sure if this fit better in the Paper Currency forum or maybe it should of been created in the Bullion Investing category?

Here are 25 Goldbacks of different denominations I acquired a bit at a time.
Before the price of gold went up.

There are some cool designs..... I been seeing booths set up at coin shows with goldbacks. I reckon I need to pay some more attention to them.

There are definitely some cool designs, but I guess I don't really get the point. Does anyone actually spend or accept these in trade?

The only one I have is a Florida One Half that came free with my order from Apmex.

Wouldn’t it be something if the U.S. Mint came out with designs similar to the goldbacks, complete with embedded ag and/or au?

I really like the design on some of these. I picked up some in the past year. The Franz Frazetta images were really appealing to me.
