Ok this one's been in my recent search list.. and I came across this example and after a quick look passed it by.. saw it 3-4 more times during the week. The more I saw it the more interesting it became, eyecatching you might say. So while I need this particular coin for my full morgan set, I expect I will buy another for the set. I hate to admit it, but I think I bought this one as much for the plastic as the coin (I didn't happen to yet own an ancient ANA/ANACS) but I do now :D (for 60 bucks I can't really lose lol)

At 60 you are good; and the small white Anacs slab is a nice bonus!

Personally I think I would have passed on that one.
If you were putting together a collection of slab examples I could see why you would buy it. I have a Sheild Nickel in that blue details slab for my collection.

I would say that it's worth it at $60 given that melt is around $55. While dealers are paying quite a bit under, I believe most are still selling for $50-$60+ and that would be for raw coins.

I was worth the silver. Not a bad buy, I wasn't trying to beat it up.

I agree that the silver content covers the price; and as you say you get the holder as a bonus. James
