In my opinion that's an almost fancy Serial number. The 0 messed it up. If it were a 4 it would of been a complete solid number. Just $1.00 IMHO
That is a seven of a kind note . I have seen them sell on eBay for between 20 to $150. There are only 144 seven of a kind notes for every 100 million notes. If it were all 4s it would be worth $500 to $1,000 as there are only nine for every 100 million notes printed.
