Bankruptcy!!!

So the U.S. is now bankrupt, and has been broke, financially and just about on every front. ideologies aside .. this is bad on all levels

I was not surprised. We spend so much just to pay the interest on our debts.

Bankruptcy is a legal process granted by a court when a petitioner files for protection under bankruptcy laws.

Now insolvency is a different thing altogether. Insolvency is when your liabilities exceed your assets and you can no longer service your debt.

Please link to the court filing of the USA petitioning the court for bankruptcy, and subsequently granting the USA protection under bankruptcy laws. Otherwise your claim that

...is categorically false.
