Can't quite make out whether there's a mintmark on that last (dateless?) Buff...

I searched an entire box of Kennedy half dollars and found two 40% silver coins. I can't believe silver coins are still floating around out there.

I also got a war nickel as change at a restaurant not too long ago, which was pretty cool.

It doesn’t appear to be and I looked doubly hard to find one.

Yeah, I just can't tell, even from the close-ups. I might be tempted to give it the vinegar treatment.

Did a bit of banking on Friday. Since asking for cent rolls is out I asked the teller if they had any dollar coins. I took home 5. One SAC, One Pres. dollar (our 5th President), and three SBAs. I didn't look over the SABs until Sunday. I think that maybe the two on the right side of the pic are Wide Rim/Close Date.

    Dime box #9:
    1964-D silver dime
    2009-P
and can't manage to get a decent picture of it, but got a 1989-P with really nice looking red, blue, and green toning on it. Not normally a big fan of toning but got to admit this one looks pretty cool.

Well maybe I'll make another attempt to take a picture of it later.

I was able to swap seven penny rolls with my local bank. The winners from those rolls were two wheaties, one entry from Canada, and one new penny from the United Kingdom. IMG_7237.jpeg IMG_5142.jpeg IMG_5144.jpeg

Another nickel box was recently completed. This time it contained a high portion of 2023 entries. The only finds to brag about were a 1947-S entry, two 2009-D entries, and five 2024 entries (3x D, 2x P not pictured). The early decade count showed three from the 1940’s and ten from the 1950’s.
