Found these last night. I think the 1942 regular composition are just as difficult to find as the silver.
Trying to put a naturally toned set together going on two years now, from what I've found there doesnt seem to be much of difference between the standard 1942p and '42 silver. With only about ten million difference in mintage this seems to confirm my thoughts.
