Double or Triple Struck Buffalo Nickel Error

I just purchased this coin and am waiting to have it in hand. In the meantime, I will post the seller's pictures. What do you think? It looks very real to me, but that may not be the case. I think it may be dated 1913. Unfortunately, there seems to be very few of these errors and I am having a hard time comparing them or pricing them. One has sold on eBay and one on Great Collections (both double struck, but not near as interesting as this one looks). If it is real, I will send it to PCGS. That would be my first ever submission to them.

Looks triple struck to me. I would first send it to ICG, I would trust Skip to deem it authentic or fake. If it is real, then you can send it to PCGS for a grade.

 

At the ANA show a dealer had one that was double struck he was asking $14,000. If that is real, it will be a whopper for Sure.

It's curious that the strongest strike of the bison doesn't show anything from the FIVE CENTS except a small piece of E inside the other E. I suppose the subsequent strike could have wiped it out, but most of PLURIBUS UNUM is still there, properly aligned.

 

Lol! I was in Morocco, but I am back in the States at college. I was visiting family over spring break for the past five days and just returned home about an hour ago. I am now playing catch up to see what all I missed in my absence.

Wow. I can really see how rumors spread through bad communication on my part! Here is my whereabouts:
I took winter break in Morocco for almost six weeks because my degree requires me to study a non-European language abroad. I took my wife and children with me and studied Darija (Moroccan Arabic) and did some interesting research on a Berber language. I then returned home in mid-January so I could be present for the next semester. We are currently having spring break, so I dropped down into Kentucky to see my parents and a couple married siblings. I am now back at school and ready for classes to start once more on Monday.
Whew. I hope that clears it up.

In the meantime, and going off of the comment that started this all, I have also wondered where this nickel has been hiding all this time. Who knows what all is hiding in various collections! I should be receiving the coin in the mail today. I will keep you all updated.
